Arabesque HOA

The Arabesque HOA is located off of 29 Road & Arabesque Drive near G Road. This Association will consist of 92 single family homes upon completion.

The Association is responsible for common area maintenance, the main irrigation system, irrigation water shares & the insurance for the common area & the Board of Directors.

Arabesque has an Annual Assessment for each home of $200.00 and is due by March 1st of each year. Each home is also required to obtain approval from the Association prior to installing any landscaping. Please see below for the Architectural Request Form & the Landscape Guidelines & Example. All required information must be on your landscaping plans or it will be rejected.
