Canterbury Park HOA

The Canterbury Park  Homeowners Association consists of 76 single family homes in the Fruita area.

 

Canterbury Park has a monthly Assessment of $40.00 and is responsible for the common areas,  irrigation, irrigation water shares, perimeter fence maintenance & insurance.
