The Casa Rado Condominium Association has 8 condominiums located off of Rado Drive & Broadway in Grand Junction. The Association has a monthly Assessment of $225 to cover the exterior maintenance of the buildings, parking lot, central boiler, trash removal, water & sewer & gas. The owners pay for their own electricity.
